Yes! I injured myself last week and have been dragging my feet about getting the 6 days a week workouts back in. So I’m w/ you! I’m re-starting my workouts today w/ an exercise ball workout and a walk up the hill w/ the dogs. It helps my mental clarity, energy, mood and so many other things too. I’m committing to self-improvement in other ways as well that have to do w/ helping others achieve their dreams whatever they be and having NO agenda when I talk to people as far as expecting them to give back to me. It takes discipline and following your thought patterns and knowing what pulls you down and how to get back up and think right. Thanks so much for letting us travel w/ you Alyse!
